@vitejs/plugin-react, hono, jsdom, react, react-dom, tsx, and vite.

TypeScript held at 5.8.2 (6.x incompatible with current eslint config),
Vitest held at 3.x (4.x coverage pragma changes need investigation),
Prisma held at 6.x (7.x requires prisma.config.ts migration).
