Description

Players have observed that equipment with combat bonuses does not appear to affect the combat power stat used for quest eligibility — only boss fight DPS. The tooltips imply the bonus should apply broadly, which is creating confusion.

"I also really don't think equipment does anything for your combat power unfortunately I know what the tooltips say but I don't think it does. The equipment combat bonus seems to be more related to actual boss battles, which it does have a clear impact on."

Expected Behaviour

Either:

If this is by design — update tooltips and the About panel to clarify that equipment combat bonuses apply to boss fights only, not quest combat power (which is purely adventurer-based), or
If this is a bug — equipment combat multipliers should factor into the combat power calculation used for quest eligibility checks.
