Description
Zone 1 (Verdant Vale) quest timers ramp up to 30 minutes on the final quest (Ancient Ruins), but Zone 2 (Shattered Ruins) starts back at 5 minutes and only reaches 15 minutes. This creates a jarring backwards step in difficulty/time investment when transitioning between zones.

Quest timers should scale progressively across zones rather than resetting downward when entering a new zone.

Update from community feedback: The timer reset issue is not limited to the Zone 1 → Zone 2 transition. Players have confirmed it is present in later zones as well — e.g. Shadow Marshes (Zone 4) quests also start at 5 minutes. This appears to be a consistent pattern across all zone transitions, not just the first one. The fix should apply globally across all zones.
