Description

The new explore times are not reflected in the tooltip UI.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Hover over an explore action to view the tooltip
  2. Note that the displayed times do not match the current explore times

Expected Behaviour

Tooltips should display the current, up-to-date explore times.

Actual Behaviour

Tooltips show outdated explore times.
