Summary
Long-duration quests (5–7 hours) may have failure rates as high as 30–40% based on prior analysis. If accurate, this is a significantly painful player experience — a 7-hour quest that fails returns nothing after a full day of waiting.

Suggested Fix
If failure rates are not intentionally scaling with duration, cap failure probability at a reasonable ceiling (e.g. 15% maximum regardless of quest length). Alternatively, ensure that meeting the combat power requirement guarantees a much higher baseline success rate — the CP gate should be the primary difficulty check, not a dice roll on top of it.
