Issue

The echo meta upgrade provides a significant power or income bonus but is priced much lower than other upgrades of comparable impact. This makes it an obvious optimal purchase that trivialises the surrounding content.

Expected Behaviour

Upgrade prices should reflect their impact on the game's economy and progression. High-impact upgrades should be priced accordingly.

Steps to Reproduce

Open apps/api/src/data/upgrades.ts
Find the echo upgrade and note its cost and effect
Compare to similarly impactful upgrades at the same unlock tier

Suggested Fix

Increase the echo upgrade's cost to better reflect its impact, or reduce its effect to match its price.
