Add Peerlist, Hashnode (personal + self-hosted), DEV Community, Sessionize, Luma, Meetup, blog.nhcarrigan.com, and dev.to to the socials page. hikari	007ac1fad8	feat: overhaul socials page with updated accounts and disclaimer ... Adds Twitter/X NaomiLGBT, Ko-fi, Patreon, and Mastodon. Moves Forum to the global tools section alongside Discord and Gitea. Removes the Discourse badge.
