fix: resolve all ESLint warnings

- Improved JSDoc description for getCommitStatus method
- Fixed import to use type-only import for Logger
- Capitalized comment beginnings
- Added ESLint disable comments with descriptions for mock logger
- Fixed key spacing alignment

All linter warnings are now resolved!
