Send an automatic greeting when a session connects, instead of waiting for user input.

Details

  • Configurable greeting prompt (or use default)
  • Time-based variations ("Good morning!", "Working late?", etc.)
  • Option to disable if user prefers silent start
  • Could track "last seen" for personalized messages ("It's been a while!")
