Describe your Issue:

I can safely say I expected the command /msg NickServ REGISTER to just require an username. But I actually need to set my email and password. This is fine. I just wanted to know that I'd be setting up an account on the IRC server.

Use /msg NickServ REGISTER in the IRC server.

Operating System:

Ubuntu Linux
