content: Our company needed a streamlined way to respond to the community across multiple platforms like Discord and GitHub. Naomi built a streamlined Slack workflow to syndicate messages across the platforms. This enables people like me to easily respond to messages from customers without needing to bounce around to different platforms and makes it easier to track information. A lot of the metadata that gets pulled in is impressive and reflects the quality and detail of Naomi's work. The system "just works", you don't have to think about how or why which is always a great quality in an internal tool. On a separate occasion, my team worked on a project that needed SDK support quite urgently. Naomi had no prior context on the project but dove in and quickly wrote the solution across multiple SDKs, owning it long-term and fixing issues as they arose. This enabled my team to achieve a major milestone.

content: Naomi built our incredible syndicated community help channel which among other things made it easy for us to see customer feedback and help customers more quickly. Naomi ramped up incredibly quickly and took on a breadth of projects across the org. You'll see her work leading the information architecture changes for new product docs and launching the new product demos, casually addressing an infra issue (on launch day). You'll see her making critical SDK changes across many languages. You'll see her being calm and considerate even under pressure. I'm very grateful for her SDK work on temp keys which enabled many critical customers to launch with token-based auth. This project was an early opportunity to see Naomi shine, she took on something complex and ambiguous so quickly and confidently and was an excellent collaborator throughout. Inside and outside the org she is a community builder, actively trying to build community and connection in many different ways while putting inclusion at the forefront. I also loved her presentation for Pride month this year.

content: I wanted to give a shout out to Naomi who is always so patient when I ask her about complex GIT situations I "git" myself into. Whether it's a funky rebase or major merge conflicts she always has the answers and is soooo helpful.

content: HUGE mysterious kudos to Naomi. I won't say why, hopefully you'll all see it very very soon. Naomi and I have been working together in open source and other communities for a few years now. I knew when we needed to build something amazing, she'd knock it out of the park.

content: I want to give some kudos to colleagues on the developer experience team - including Naomi - for coming up with a Community Engagement contest. I LOVE this idea for getting team members more involved in helping users of our product (especially developers) find the answers they need in our community (Discord, Github discussions, etc). I know as a team member, it's always challenging to find time to help out in the community, but I think this contest and the monetary reward could be very motivating! And since I'm working on a different team at the moment, making me eligible to win the contest, I'm really looking forward to all the Amazon gift cards I'll soon be getting.

content: Quick shoutout to a colleague and Naomi today for a late night hot fix and lighting fast review (7 mins!) for our NodeJS SDK to get audio streaming working with the latest React (5+). Release - v4.9.1 updates our webpack support for modern JS bundlers (Vite, React App v5+, Next.js) to fix streaming audio through the browser. This helped unblock an important prospect that would impact other important buyers in that market. Great bias for action, and tight teamwork all around, bravo!

content: I want to give some big Kudos to Naomi and a colleague for all the great developer experience work they did last week while many of us were traveling. Naomi pushed forward with internal chatbot development, which is a company-centric Slack Bot that uses our knowledge base to answer questions. This bot is available in our current Slack Workspace now! Long Term: we want to make it available to our customers to install in their own workspaces so they can get their questions answered quickly. It will eventually be Voice Enabled using our Voice API, which means customers would authenticate and make API requests to use Voice features

content: A big kudos is deserved to a small but mighty group of individuals that championed our docs migration, including Naomi and several colleagues. There's a lot of pressure with a switch like this, because docs are a source of truth. One mistake and you've impacted thousands of companies. Sounds easy, right? They took on a very quick timeline and a number of changes as part of the effort - thinking about an elegant way to present our platform, creating an OpenAPI spec from scratch for all of our APIs, and then accounting for all the many many little details to make the whole switch successful. That OpenAPI spec is really exciting too because it enables our customers to build faster, sets us up to jump into the Postman community, and it also creates a foundation for us to automate our SDK development. Thank you for getting us to this major milestone

content: Kudos to our amazing applied engineering and developer experience teams for the incredible amount of multifaceted work they do with small crews - the context switching, the ability to toggle between human and machine interfacing, and helping the non-engineering folks (like us in marketing) to create authentic experiences with our very technical users. We are working with HIGHLY visible influencers, launching all kinds of campaigns and collaborating with partners/customers to stand up dev-facing events and your input and support puts the R in ROI. Extra thank you to Naomi and colleagues.
